  1. In order to contain and neutralise any possible issue happening in our services, the Order & Progress (O&P) can handle the situation with all the permissions of the case, without necessarily communicating the decisions taken or to take to the Department of Command.

  1. The Department of Command, Staff Department and all the server charges which can help with this issue may only help and execute actions only if previously authorised by the O&P, with a possible removal, upgrade or downgrade of the current role permanently or with a temporary duration.

  1. The O&P decides the team which will operate in this issue. Contesting a direct order in a situation where this decree law applies can result in a forced demotion or/and ban from accessing from one to every service.

  1. The privileges of each role are suspended when this decree law is enabled, unless the O&P decides differently. This includes but not limited to staff services, server support system and all functions related.
