Minecraft Applications Council D.L. 710/25

  1. Every Member of the DevSeige Studios Server and active in the DSS MC Department are free to apply for a Minecraft related position in our servers during a previously announced election, unless they are blacklisted by a team member by following the d.l. 711/25.

  1. The Applications Council is structured in 3 phases and they are the candidatures, the speech and the voting.

  1. The Candidatures phase consists of an announcement given to all members of both, DevSeige Studios and DSS MC Departments which states that staff applications are open. If they are interested, they are required to move into the elections hall.

  1. The Speech phase occurs when all the candidates are in the elections hall. They are given a book where they write a speech to explain their plans and convince regular and election commission members to vote for them to join the staff team. They will be asked to read it when everyone is ready and when called to do so by a commission member. Every member joining the council can ask some questions to the candidate, given previous authorisation from the president.

  1. The vote phase consists in the vote of every member, unless blacklisted as per 711/25 to participate in state proceedings. The president of the commission calls everyone to vote by using a private message system or a book, depending on the preferences of the president. Each member should express their opinion by voting for yes, no or by refusing to vote.

  1. The vote doesn't have a quorum and refusing to vote will not count.
