Council Calls D.L. 705/25

  1. Every Department of Command Team member deserves the right to call a DoC Team Council.

  1. DoC Team Councils can be called for the day, with a minimum 10-15 minutes announcement before of it and must:
  • Verify that every Team member which is on a short notice (till 2 days) is available for that date and hour if they want to join the meeting. If a part of the council can't join the council server, an alternative way for the members must be made in a Discord Server/Group assigned to the organisation.
    • Verify that at least a 50% of the council can join the meeting if it's related to a promotion or demotion of a state member, if this can't be satisfied, they are required to wait at least a day for the council.
    • Verify that the topics shared for the council abide by the active regulations unless allowed for valid reasons. This includes but not limited to: Discord ToS, Community Guidelines, Platforms guidelines, Real-World laws, server rules and protocols.
    • Allow a poll for each topic when asked.
    • Allow a period of time after the speech for the other state members present to comment on the topics and share something else to say with the team.
